Diagnosed with a congenital heart defect at birth, Michael underwent a life-saving heart transplant at just 2 months old. His passion for cooking, especially seafood, led him to this unique culinary experience. Chef Wiedmaier guided Michael through the process of preparing crab cakes, sharing his expertise and love for the dish.
