Life Time Fitness, a nationwide fitness chain, has decided that the combination of cardio and often biased and negative cable news does not align with a “healthy way of life.” They decided to eliminate all national cable network news stations from the TV screens at its 128 fitness centers in the U.S. and Canada. In 2015, The Harvard Business Review reported that negative news influences how we approach our work and the challenges we encounter at the office because it shows us a picture of life in which our behavior does not matter. I guess that it’s safe to say that @thehappybroadcast is good for your life!
